OUR PROGRAMS

Tinker Club

Tinker Club is where our youngest creators take their first steps into the world of robotics, building, and creative problem-solving. This program combines the best of very early coding, LEGO® Discover bricks, and hands on discovery through experiments all into one imagination-fueled experience.

Through these experiments, students will investigate to learn real world properties, work together to innovate new ideas, and problem solve when they face challenges. Kids learn to think critically like engineers, asking questions, testing ideas, and proudly sharing their creations. With tools like journals, LEGO® Discover bricks, coding trains, and a variety of materials for DIY experiments, they explore big ideas.

Whether they’re helping a robot navigate train tracks, investigating oobleck, or inventing something totally new, kids are learning teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking.

Official Partner

The Capitol City Robotics Tinker Club invites young creators to explore, build, and invent using a mix of safe, age-appropriate robotics kits and creative tools. Combining favorites like LEGO®, VEX 123, and other hands-on building systems, the club gives students the freedom to tinker, experiment, and bring their ideas to life. Guided by supportive mentors, participants learn the basics of engineering, coding, and design while developing problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration skills.
