DC’s Citywide clubhouse for

Youth Robotics & STEM Leadership

What began in 2018 with 32 students has grown into eleven programs serving nearly 300 students each year. From Pre-K through high school, students join CCR to design, code, build, and compete while learning how to collaborate, bounce back from challenges, and celebrate success on and off the competition floor.

Beyond robotics, CCR’s Leadership Pathways Program gives students a clear progression from learners to leaders. Beginning as mentees and growing into mentors, interns, and program managers, students gain real-world skills in teamwork, communication, and project leadership. Many even take on paid roles, preparing them for college, careers, and lifelong success.

ABOUT US

our programs

At Capitol City Robotics, we believe every student deserves a place to explore STEM, build friendships, and discover their potential. Through our year-round programming for students from Pre-K to high school, our core programs offer a supportive, hands-on environment where young people learn, compete, lead, and grow.

our philosohy

Capitol City Robotics believes engineering, computer science, and circuitry are the most important fundamental tools for children to learn today to be prepared for the future.

We also believe there are other critical skills that robotics can teach. Every program at Capitol City Robotics incorporates skills like Leadership, Teamwork, Written Presentation, and Oral Presentation.

These skills will carry our kids into the future beyond robots. Let Capitol City Robotics take you there!
