Tom Saunders is a partner at WilmerHale where he focuses on appellate and government and public policy litigation with a particular emphasis on intellectual property.  He has argued and won two cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, where he previously clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.  He also regularly argues high-stakes appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which hears all appeals in patent cases from across the country.  When he is not in court, Tom can be found in the clubhouse coaching a robotics team or volunteering at robotics tournaments.  He has seen the importance of technology and innovation through his work, and he shares CRR’s mission to create opportunities for all kids.
